Article 8 — Returns and Exchanges Policy

8.1 General Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, no return or exchange may be accepted.

To be eligible, items must:

–      Be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed

–      Have their original tags still attached

–      Be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that adequately protects the items

8.2 Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must:

–      Send an email to info@caracoteen.com, indicating the order number, the items concerned, and the reason for the return (return or exchange)

–      Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions from our team

–      Send back the items in protected packaging to the address provided

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

8.3 Refunds

In the event of an accepted return, the refund shall be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and inspection of the returned items. The refund shall be made using the same payment method as that used for the original order.

8.4 Exchanges

In the event of an exchange request (size, available colour), Caracoteen undertakes to process the request as quickly as possible, subject to the availability of the requested product in stock. If the requested product is no longer available, a full refund shall be offered.

8.5 Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain items may not be subject to the right of withdrawal if they have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In this context, lingerie items that have been worn, washed, or whose tags have been removed are not eligible for return.
