Article 10 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Caracoteen first at contact@caracoteen.com in order to seek an amicable solution.

If no amicable solution can be reached, the dispute may be referred to a consumer mediator before any legal proceedings, in accordance with Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
