To calculate your ideal size of bra, wear a non-padded bra that suits you. Then, using a flexible tape measure, follow the two steps below: :

1) Calculate your breast size by measuring the circumference of your chest placing the measuring tape from one nipple across your back to another, while keeping the tape measure loose.

2) Calculate your chest size by measuring the circumference of your chest placing the flexible tape measure under your breasts.
